浮选尾煤再选试验研究

A coal flotation tailings recleaning experimental research

摘要:

以某选煤厂浮选尾煤为对象,进行再选试验研究。对煤样进行粒度分析,发现高灰细泥含量很高,决定采用反浮选预先脱泥,并探索了药剂用量对反浮选效果的影响;脱泥后的产品进行磨矿再选,工艺流程为:反浮选─磨矿─再选流程,最终得到了灰分为13.96%,产率为25.96%的精煤。

Abstract:

Taking a coal preparation plant’s flotation tailings as an object to explore the recycling process.From the Particle size analysis of coal samples,found that the content of high-ash fine clays is very high,so decided to adopt reverse flotation desliming in advance; And then to grind,the process flow determined to be: reverse Taking a coal preparation plant’s flotation tailings as an object for recleaning experimental research.From the Particle size analysis of coal samples,found that the content of high-ash fine clays is very high,so decided to adopt the reverse flotation for desliming in advance,and explored reagent dosage’s impact to reverse flotation. Taking desliming products for grinding,the process flow is: reverse flotation─grinding─recleaning, the ash content and yeild of the final product is respectively 13.96% and 25.96%.
